Churches & Nonprofits

For churches and nonprofit leaders—especially those launching new ministries or revitalizing existing ones—I offer coaching focused on mission clarity, communication, and leadership development. Together, we explore your organization’s story and discover ways to strengthen your brand, engage your community, and empower leaders to lead with authenticity and purpose. Whether you’re in a season of growth, change, or new beginnings, I’ll help you create strategies that align vision with your values.

Author Coaching

Every great book begins with a spark of an idea—but getting from that spark to a finished work can be overwhelming. As an author coach, I guide you through each step of the creative process, from idea generation and outlining to exploring publishing paths. This isn’t editing; it’s partnership. I walk with you as you navigate the ups and downs of writing, helping you stay motivated, organized, and confident as you bring your message to life.

Neurodiversity Coaching

As someone who is both autistic and ADHD, I bring personal insight and professional experience to coaching neurodiverse professionals. Together, we’ll work on finding a healthy balance between professional expectations and authentic self-expression. Through focused, strengths-based coaching, you’ll learn strategies to navigate conflict, improve communication, and build resilience—so you can thrive as the best version of yourself. This is not counseling; it’s about unlocking your potential and learning to lead, live, and work with confidence and clarity.

Co-Active Coaching uses intentional questions and creative exercises to help you gain clarity, set goals, and move your life or projects forward.

Co-Active is about embracing both being and doing—living in the tension between who we are and what we create. It’s a mindset that pushes us beyond our comfort zones, helping us grow in ways that shape every part of our lives. More than a framework, Co-Active is a way to design our purpose, rediscover our courage, and step fully into who we’re meant to be. Leadership isn’t a destination; it’s a lifelong journey, unique to each person. Yet, in a fast-paced, results-driven world, we often sacrifice presence for productivity, leaving us disconnected and searching for meaning. Co-Active invites us to lead with intention, integrating both action and reflection to build a life of depth, purpose, and belonging.

 FAQs

  • The key difference between coaching and consulting lies in their approach to problem-solving and the role each plays in the client's journey.

In consulting, the consultant is an expert who is brought in to analyze a situation, provide solutions, and often guide the client in implementing these solutions. The consultant typically takes an active role in diagnosing problems and prescribing specific strategies or actions to solve them. In this scenario, the consultant's expertise is central, and the client relies on their knowledge to achieve the desired outcomes. If you go with consulting, we will provide full-service, wrap around services for your project. This is especially helpful for small, grassroots organizations that don't have the staff needed to do this on their own.

In coaching, on the other hand, the coach takes on more of a facilitative role, helping the client unlock their own potential. Rather than providing direct solutions, a coach asks thought-provoking questions, listens deeply, and encourages self-reflection. The aim is to empower the client to explore their own ideas, gain clarity, and arrive at solutions themselves. The coach acts as a guide rather than an expert, fostering personal growth and problem-solving through self-discovery.

In summary, consulting provides answers, while coaching draws out answers from the client.

  • When we work with an organization, we provide graphic design, administrative processes, coaching, strategy, fundraising, demographic research, and anything else needed to meet the organization's goal. In most cases, we provide training so the organization can implement and manage the resources moving forward.

  • Both! In fact, I remain convinced that there is much to learn from each other. It's only when churches take what make nonprofit great and nonprofits learn from churches that we able to do the greatest good. It's the intersection of churches and non-profits that we find the goodness of God multiplied.

  • This depends entirely on what you're looking for. We try to provide full-service, wrap-around consulting to around 3-4 organizations each year, and on average we charge $500 a month for a minimum of 6 months. For smaller projects, advice, or coaching, we can create a package that meets your needs.
